What is the transaction fee?
For fully decentralized networks like EVM chains, Solana, and other chains that support on-chain fee splitting, we charge a flat 0.4% fee per transaction, capped at $4. This fee applies only when a payment is successfully completed.
What are the premium plans for?
Some blockchains, such as Bitcoin, XRP, or Stellar, do not support automatic on-chain fee splitting. To receive payments on these networks, you can subscribe to a premium plan. We offer $10 for up to 100 payments per 30 days, or $100 for unlimited payments. Payments always go directly to your own wallet.
Do I need to give you control of my wallet?
No. All payments go directly to your own wallet. Our platform only monitors incoming payments for confirmation and fee calculation, without ever holding your funds.
Which cryptocurrencies and blockchains are supported?
We support all major EVM chains, Solana, and other networks where on-chain fee splitting is possible. Premium plans allow receiving payments on Bitcoin, XRP, Stellar, and similar networks. The list of supported tokens is continuously growing.
Can I use this for webshops or recurring payments?
Yes. Our platform offers Dynamic Crypto Payments for webshops, which integrate at checkout with real-time pricing, and Fixed Payments for reusable links or QR codes, perfect for tips, donations, or recurring payments.
How long does it take to confirm a payment?
On-chain transactions depend on network confirmation times: EVM chains and Solana are usually confirmed within seconds to minutes. Bitcoin and other slower networks may take longer. Lightning payments, when supported, are instant.
Can I pay in multiple cryptocurrencies for the same payment link?
Yes. When generating a payment link or QR code, the payer can choose from any supported cryptocurrency. The system calculates the correct crypto amount for the specified fiat value in real-time.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not store private keys, and payments go directly to your wallet. Any data we handle, like transaction confirmations for fee calculation, is kept minimal and never exposes your funds.
