Onboarding Procedure: From Registration to Transaction Access

已发表: 2026-03-01 00:00

This onboarding guide explains each required control from registration through transaction-ready account access.

From account creation to transaction-ready access

Start by registering the account type that matches how you receive payments.

  • Individual: full name, username, e-mail, password, and terms acceptance.
  • Business: personal profile + company context for compliance checks.

Why this matters: payout ownership and compliance are tied to identity from day one.

Step 1: Verify your e-mail address

After registration, verify your e-mail via the signed verification link.

Without e-mail verification, transaction access remains blocked. This protects account recovery and prevents unverified account abuse.

Step 2: Enable MFA in Security

Multi-factor authentication is mandatory before transaction creation.

Set up an authenticator app, scan the QR code, and confirm with a valid one-time code. This reduces account takeover risk for payment operators.

Step 3: AML and KYC approval

Transaction access requires approved compliance checks.

  • AML must be approved.
  • KYC must be approved through the verification provider.
  • For business accounts, both individual and business context are evaluated.

Pending or rejected outcomes keep access closed.

If checks are still pending, keep your profile data complete and consistent.

Manual reviews can happen, and mismatched data can delay approval. Use account details that match your official identity and entity information.

Step 4: Wallet setup and crypto preferences

Add at least one receiving wallet.

Supported wallet types in the profile are EVM, Bitcoin, and XRP wallet fields.

Select at least one preferred cryptocurrency.

Without preferred crypto settings, transaction creation remains locked even if compliance checks are green.

Step 5: Final platform gate

There is a final platform transaction gate controlled by the platform.

While rollout is still phased, this gate may remain closed even if all profile checks are completed. Once rollout opens broadly, this final gate becomes transparent for normal onboarding.

Ready state checklist

  • E-mail verified
  • MFA enabled
  • AML approved
  • KYC approved
  • At least one wallet configured
  • At least one preferred cryptocurrency selected
  • Platform gate open

When all checks are green, transaction creation is unlocked.
