Individual merchants must complete all identity and security checks before creating live transactions.
Step-by-step checklist (Individual)
- Register as an Individual merchant and complete required profile fields.
- Verify your email address using the verification link.
- Enable MFA in the Security section to better protect your account. This is strongly recommended, but no longer required for live transaction access.
- Complete KYC and wait for approval status.
- Automated AML/sanctions checks run in the background on required identity subjects.
After all required checks are green, individual merchants can create and run live transactions.
