Arbitrum

Arbitrum is a live EVM payment chain in CryptMeUp that combines Ethereum familiarity with a more practical day-to-day checkout profile. For merchants, that means another serious route for native ETH and stablecoin payments without forcing a completely different wallet experience.

Arbitrum is particularly useful when you want Ethereum-style assets and tooling, but you do not want the user experience of mainnet transaction costs for ordinary payment moments. That makes it attractive for public checkout, reusable links, and direct merchant payment requests.

In CryptMeUp, Arbitrum sits inside the same broader EVM payment model as Base, Optimism, Polygon, and Linea. That shared model matters because it keeps wallet behavior, smart-contract logic, and checkout expectations coherent across live chains.
